European Delivery
Soho Equestrian ships using a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service to the following European countries:
Germany, France, The Republic of Ireland, Portugal, The Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg (up to 150 euros), Norway.
The list will be updated when other destinations become available.
With this service the tax, import and duty costs are covered by us meaning you will not be charged any additional fees to receive your parcel.
If you do not see your European country on the above list, your parcel will be shipped using DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that you, the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, handling/custom fees. These may need to be paid before your parcel is released from customs.
It is up to the buyer to research the taxes, duties and VAT charges of their country when placing their order.
Worldwide
We currently ship using DDU services (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, handling/customs clearance fees. Please bear this in mind as the shipping costs noted below do not include any of these additional fees and they may need to be paid in order to release your items.
It is up to the customer to research the VAT and taxes and duties in their country before placing their order. If payment of any customs fees and charges are refused by the customer the order will be returned back to us and shipping costs/import fees will be deducted from your refund.
